How to submit blogger XML sitemap to Google search console.
To submit a blog sitemap to google search console you just need to submit and verify your blog ownership in Google webmaster tool and I am sure you have already done it if you did not submit then read this article, how to submit a blog to Google search console and then follow the below steps.
- Login into Google webmaster tools and select a blog which you to add the sitemap.
- Now click on the ADD/TEST SITEMAP button, like the below screenshot.
- Now add the below XML file in the blank small window and refresh the page.

Note: the above sitemap work for those blogs which have 500 below posts, if you have more than 500 then you need to add one more sitemap, all process same but add the below XML file.

What is XML Sitemap?
After the submitting blog’s XML sitemap to google search console I am sure you will be thinking that what is an XML sitemap?. I simply describe that it is an XML file which contains on your blog URLs and other additional information about each URL. This doesn’t help to get better rank in the search engine but allows to search engine bots to better crawl your blog.
Why do you need to submit a sitemap?
This informs the search engine bots about your blog post and pages which are available for crawling. It also helps to inform the search engines about the structure of your blog and increase the coverage of your blog. So, this truly important to submit a sitemap to the Google webmasters tool.
